2009 saw the commencement of a 25 house development at Rosehearty, near Fraserburgh in Aberdeenshire, comprising a selection of bungalows, one-and-a-half and two storie houses, a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Such has been the popularity of this development, only 6 plots remain.

The development enjoys fantastic sea views. Being on the edge of the village, has both the benefits of being adjacent to countryside as well as the convenience of nearby village amenities with the larger town of Fraserburgh a short drive away.

An hour's drive north of Aberdeen, with a population of 1250, this former fishing port boasts a picturesque harbour just to the east of Fraserburgh. Rosehearty facilities include a caravan site, library, post-office, hotel and shops. A new primary school (pictured right) was opened in October 2005. Local attractions include Rosehearty Castle and a 9 hole golf course.
